Warranty Policy
At PakiPC, we provide warranty on most products. The duration and type of warranty vary depending on the product. Please check your invoice or product details for specific warranty information.
- Some products include manufacturer warranty.
- Used or refurbished products may have a short warranty, for example 7 days.
- Customers can also purchase an extended warranty on eligible products, such as 10 months coverage.
General Warranty Terms
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions within the specified period.
- The original invoice is required for all warranty claims. Claims without it may be rejected.
- Warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse, accidents, liquid damage, or improper handling.
Warranty Claim Process
- Warranty claims are processed either by PakiPC or the manufacturer, depending on the product.
- Repairs or replacements are carried out at our discretion or per the manufacturer’s policy.
- Processing times may vary depending on the product or brand.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- The product must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
- Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Opened or unsealed products.
- Special orders or backordered items arranged on request.
Exchange Procedure
- Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
- Provide your invoice or proof of purchase.
- If approved, instructions will be given to return or exchange the product.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping or delivery costs.
